What is this document? Why it's important?
The current terms and conditions of sale ("Terms of Sale") govern the purchase of the products we promote and sell on this Site ("Products") and the sending of these Products to the countries to which we carry out the delivery service. "Site" means the website https://www.ghodo.it. When you make a purchase on this site, you will be asked to accept the current conditions of sale; their acceptance involves the stipulation of a contract governed by the same. Therefore it is important that you carefully read the Terms of Sale before placing an order ("Order").
Who we are?
In these Conditions of Sale, "GHODO", "GHODO HUB" and "we" indicate the seller of the Products, that is the Group company responsible for selling to consumers in the country of your choice for the delivery of the products. You can contact us at the addresses specified on the Contact Us page, which is managed by our Customer Service. "You" means you, that is our customer.
Are the descriptions of the Products and the prices indicated accurate?
We do our best to ensure that the Product information is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors in the description and / or price of the Products, or that the Products will always be available should you wish to place an Order to purchase them. Also, the colors on your screen may depend on the system and settings of your computer, therefore we cannot assure you that they will be made precisely. We reserve the right to change the information about the Products displayed on our Site, including prices, descriptions and availability. However, these changes will not affect the Orders for which we have already sent you an email.
How can I make a purchase on this site?
1st step: place the order To complete a purchase, you must first place an order for the products. The Order must then be accepted by us. To place an order you must be 18 years old. To place an order, you must select the Products on the Site and choose the preferred shipping method; finally, click on the "BUY NOW" button.
2nd step: we confirm receipt of the Order When you place an order through the Site, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming the receipt of the Order ("Order Receipt e-mail"). The Order Receipt email contains all the details of your order, such as the Order Number, product information, prices, shipping address, delivery costs, etc.).
3rd step (optional): advance payment by means of an alternative payment method ("APM") We normally collect the payment of an Order upon confirmation of the shipment of the relative products (see 4th step below). However, if you prefer to select one of our APM, for the advance collection of the payment by us, we will proceed to collect it at the same time as the order is confirmed (see the previous step 2 °). 4th step: we confirm that the Products have been sent - contract finalized! Once your order is accepted, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that all or part of the Products have been sent ("Shipping Confirmation e-mail"). Receipt of the Shipping Confirmation email means that your Order has been accepted and that the purchase contract has been finalized with reference to the Products actually shipped. The contract is made up of your Order, your Order Receipt and Shipping Confirmation e-mails and the Sales Conditions in force at that specific moment.
Cases of non-acceptance of Orders
We do our best to accept all Orders, but it may happen that an Order is refused, for example if: I provide us with incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent information regarding your identity, age, payment information, billing information, shipping address; ii. we note the presence of an error on our Site relating to the Products you ordered, for example in the price or description displayed; iii. the Products you ordered are out of stock or no longer available; iv. we have reason to think that your intent is to resell the Products. If we are unable to accept your Order, we will contact you by e-mail within 30 days from the date of the Order. In the event that we cannot accept your Order due to the non-availability of the Products or due to an error in the price and/or other information contained on our Site, we will proceed with the refund of the amount already charged for the Products.
PRIVACY INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679 (GDPR)
Pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) we inform you that GHODO is the data controller (hereinafter "Owner"). According to the law indicated, this treatment will be imprinted on principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.
1. This site collects data necessary for navigation and fruition of the services contained on the site;
2. The processing of such data will be carried out through automated and non-automated tools, in accordance with the purposes indicated and in compliance with the confidentiality requirements and the most suitable security measures, as indicated by the GDPR;
3. the provision of data is necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes and they will not be communicated or disseminated;
4. the data will be kept for the period strictly necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes and for a period not exceeding 24 months in the case of consent given for Marketing activities;
5. In your capacity as a data subject, you are guaranteed the exercise of the rights referred to in articles 15 22 of the GDPR, including the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence of your personal data and their communication in an intelligible form, to know the methods and logic of the treatment, to request the update and the integration of the data, their cancellation or transformation into anonymous form, in case of violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment. These rights may be exercised by contacting the Data Controller at any time in writing, at its office indicated on the website itself.

What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that are automatically placed on the browser PC inside the browser. They contain basic information on Internet browsing and thanks to the browser they are recognized every time the user visits the site to increase the usefulness of the site in your favor. Cookies play an important role. Without them, using the web would be a much more frustrating experience.
Technical Cookies, the definition of the Privacy Guarantor: technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of "carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service "(see art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code). They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the owner or operator of the website. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas); analytics cookies, assimilated to technical cookies when used directly by the site operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site; functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided.
On this site you cannot select and differentiate the cookies that are transmitted, therefore, if you do not want to make changes from the browser, you can decide to visit the site by browsing incognito or, alternatively, abandon the site.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds information
The Shipment of Your Package
We are committed to sending your orders from 1 to 12 hours after receipt of payment. For shipping and delivery, we rely on Poste Italiane. Generally, the delivery takes place without a signature request. If you prefer to receive the package through delivery with a signature request, an additional cost will be applied, which is why we ask you to contact us before choosing this method.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs plus postage. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
The parcel will be sent at your risk, but special attention is paid in case of fragile objects. The packaging is of adequate size and your items are well-protected.
Delivery times are to be considered indicative and not binding so in any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances Ghodo will not be held responsible for the delay in delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Ghodo guarantees the buyer the right to withdraw.
On ghodo.it you have 15 days to return your order and you will be entitled to a guaranteed refund within 7 days of receiving the package. The substantial integrity of the goods is an essential requirement for exercising the right of withdrawal: returns are accepted only for intact and unused products. The shipping costs for the return are paid by the buyer.
